RECRUITMENT:
In case of an open position in our company, we determine candidates from our pool, adequate for requirements. Specified candidates are called to have an interview with our general manager in order to evaluate their suitability for the position and company culture. Recruitment was implemented after interview. Qualifications demanded, differ from position to position while we prefer dynamic, pursuer, innovative candidates, susceptible to team-work and open to continuous improvement.
